The offer and sale of products through the "domain" site owned by Barbera Caffè S.p.A. are governed by the General Conditions of Sale, illustrated below.

The General Conditions of Sale are formulated in compliance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside business premises and in particular with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Codice del Consumatore).

Parties to the contract
The following are to be considered parties to the contract:
Barbera Caffè S.p.A. with registered office in 81038, Trentola-Ducenta, via Larga Zona Industriale and the subject (natural person, company or other legal entity) who, registered on the "Domain" site, has concluded an order that has been accepted by Barbera Caffè SpA (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").

Application and modification of the General Conditions of Sale
By placing the order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions of Sale. Barbera Caffè S.p.a. reserves the right to change the General Conditions of Sale by giving notice on this page of the site. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time the order is placed. Any changes will be effective after publication on the site.

Characteristics and prices of products or services
The images of the products may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products represented. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product. The products are offered at the price indicated on the site on the date the order is placed. The prices are inclusive of VAT which will be indicated in detail in the invoice for the purchase of the product. Prices do not include transport and delivery costs which are in any case indicated in the final section before sending the order and specified in the order receipt confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer.
