We work with 7 coffee varieties from Brazil, Central America and Indonesia. During our special 14 minutes slow roasting process, each bean is roasted individually and air-cooled rapidly with the driest air possible in order to ensure the maximum result in a cup. The resulting coffee fills your mouth smoothly with just the right acid balance and an exquisite lingering sweet aftertaste.
